Northern Nevada has become a destination for many families because of its proximity to Lake Tahoe, the quality of life inherent in its small but vibrant towns, minimal traffic, excellent services and the myriad outdoor activities that are available in all seasons. The relatively low cost of living and the moderate temperatures of our four-season high desert climate allow outdoor enthusiasts to indulge in everything from golf to skiing, wakeboarding to hiking.

Commercial considerations such as no state income tax, a welcoming corporate tax structure, its proximity to California, and affordable housing also make it a magnet for companies seeking to relocate. Reno-Tahoe International airport is less than one hour away, and San Francisco is less than a four-hour drive.
